I co-founded Olos with Isaac Chan and Arnav Bansal after finding a large problem: healthcare practitioners go into sessions cold, without any context about what the patient is dealing with that day.
The Problem
Healthcare visits are short. By the time a practitioner understands what's on a patient's mind, half the session is already gone. Phone intake feels clinical. Written forms miss nuance. There had to be a better way to bridge the gap before the session even starts.
What They Built
Olos lets clients record a short voice note before their appointment. That note gets automatically transcribed and summarized, and delivered to the practitioner so they can walk in already oriented — saving time and creating space for a more meaningful visit.
My Contribution
I led brand and product design from day one — establishing the visual language, building the component system, and designing the core product flows. Everything from the logo to the practitioner dashboard went through me. The design had to feel warm and trustworthy in a space where that really matters.
